Hi, I’m Liv.

I’ve worked in sales and marketing since 2014, starting my career in corporate before building Serene into a marketing agency which additionally provides strategic mentoring to ambitious service-based businesses. This work led me to being a finalist for both Business Coach of the Year and Most Engaged Community in 2025.

Over the years, I’ve supported business owners at different stages - everything from early growth to handling multi-million strategies. From continuing to support founders and SMEs, I’ve noticed how hard businesses are fighting for sales, as they’ve never been shown how marketing, messaging, content and sales all fit together.

What initially began as a marketing and social media management company has evolved into something more personally fulfilling for me - training and strategic mentoring for business owners, who are ready to build sales and marketing systems which support their long-term growth goals.
